Business Administration program has been continuing its educational activities since its establishment to ensure that our students are equipped with the managerial, expert, and research skills required by the private and public sectors, enabling them to adapt to changing conditions in national and international competition. Our department is dedicated to educating managers and personnel for the public and private sectors, and the program lasts four years. The curriculum aims to equip our students with the planning, management, supervision, and analytical skills necessary to increase the efficiency of the businesses and organizations that will employ them. This goal is taken into account when preparing the course programs, and our students are taught mathematics, statistics, sociology, economics, law, and in later years, courses such as production management and marketing, management and organization, accounting, and finance.

Business administration graduates are awarded a “Bachelor's Degree” and work in various managerial positions in public and private sector institutions and organizations, utilizing the discipline they have acquired through their education and their personal skills. Business administrators plan the work schedule that will ensure the best use of the money, human resources, tools, and equipment available to the organization or institution they work for; they supervise the work. In addition to general duties such as planning, organizing, managing, regulating, and supervising, a business administrator is responsible for tasks such as making plans to improve products, increase production, and sell products; securing financial resources for the institution; distributing the institution's financial resources in the most economical way; employing the institution's human resources in the most productive areas; and finding and hiring the most suitable personnel. Graduates of the department have the opportunity to work as professional staff and managers in various departments of businesses, as well as in positions such as inspector, accounting specialist, and controller in public and private sector organizations. Graduates of the department who have acquired the qualifications to establish independent businesses can also work as freelance accountants and financial advisors.

Our Graduate School offers graduate education in general business topics, providing career opportunities for both graduates of the department and graduates of other departments, as well as private and public business managers, under the Master's Degree Programs in Business Administration (Thesis), International Trade and Finance (Thesis), and Business Administration (Non-Thesis).
