1- How can I take a single course exam? What are the requirements?
Answer: To take a single course exam, you must have failed only one course, and you must fill out a request form and submit it to the student affairs office. If you failed the course due to absences or did not take it, you cannot take the single course exam. Attendance is mandatory, and you must have taken the course (Final Year).
2- How can I take a make-up exam? What are the requirements?
Answer: Make-up exams are only held for midterm exams. To take a make-up exam, you must have a valid excuse, and this excuse must be documented. The application form must be filled out and submitted to the student affairs office along with the documentation.
3- After graduation, can a family member or friend collect my temporary graduation certificate or diploma?
Answer: In order for someone other than the person themselves to collect the temporary graduation certificate or diploma, a notarized power of attorney must be provided.
4- What do I need to do for the course exemption process?
Answer: If you have transferred from another university or have previously attended a university, you must bring your transcript, fill out a waiver application, and submit it to the Student Affairs Office (you must consult with the Student Affairs Office regarding application dates).
5- How can I obtain my temporary graduation certificate?
Answer: You can graduate if you have no failed courses. To obtain a temporary graduation certificate, you must sign and submit the withdrawal form, then submit your student ID to the Student Affairs Office to receive the temporary graduation certificate. If you have lost your student ID, you must place an ad in a local newspaper and bring a copy of the ad to the Student Affairs Office.
6- How can I obtain my diploma?
Answer: If you have graduated and have not previously obtained a temporary graduation certificate, you can come to the student affairs office, sign the withdrawal form, and submit your student ID to receive your diploma. If you have lost your student ID, you must place an ad in the local newspaper and bring a copy of it to the student affairs office.

7- I lost my student ID. How can I get a new one?
Answer: You can get a new one by applying to the Student Affairs Office and filling out a petition.
8- I changed my phone number, and my exam grades are not coming via SMS. How can I update my number?
Answer: The student can update it themselves after logging into the student automation system under general information – contact information.
9- Can I update my profile picture in the automation system?
Answer: You can change your profile picture after logging into the Student Automation System. However, if the Student Affairs Office finds the photo inappropriate, they may reject it. If it is appropriate, they will approve it and your profile picture will change.
10- Where do we get the gown and cap for the graduation ceremony?
Answer: You can apply to Student Affairs one week before the graduation ceremony and obtain your gown and cap by presenting your student ID. Students who do not return their gown and cap after the graduation ceremony will not be able to obtain their student ID documents. Even if these students graduate, they will not be able to receive a temporary graduation certificate or diploma.
11- How can I freeze my registration?
Answer: To freeze your registration, you must fill out and submit a petition to the Student Affairs Office. The petition will be reviewed, and if the reason for freezing the registration is deemed valid, it will be accepted and notified to the student.
12- How can I have my registration deleted?
Answer: To have your registration deleted, you must fill out and submit a petition to the Student Affairs Office, and your registration will be deleted.
13- I received a lower grade than I expected on an exam. What should I do?
Answer: You must apply to the Student Affairs Office and fill out and submit a petition to appeal the exam grade. If the course instructor deems it appropriate, the exam paper will be reviewed and the reason will be communicated to the student. If there is an error, it will be corrected.
